Ok I have read all the forums on the hybrid class and I think I am going to go int heavy.
What I need to know is what skills are most important for a int heavy hybrid. Like which nukes to take or which imbue to use and all the other extras, and should I train up in both spears and swords. Or what force sets to use like should I go for ice or what ever or maby force for healing.
If you could give me your tips in this area i would be greatly pleased and grateful for you help.
An Int Hybrid, should never use a Blade or Glaive. Why did you put that there anyway. Also bows are not recommended at all, cuz they are only good if you got a pure str.
So the only 2 weapons from which u can choose are Sword and Spear.
- Sword is usefull because you can use a shield, which gives you additional defense and also a block chance.
- Spear gives you more dmg than the Sword, and the heuksal tree got very usefull skills.
Now lets see the Weapon trees:
--- Bicheon:
- Knock-Down is your most important skill, u can have stab skill it, which can only be used when a target is on the ground.
- Combo, a very fast and usefull skill in certain situations. As a int hybrid u don't have to get it, but if you want it can be usefull.
- Sword Dance is also an good, but optional skill.
- The passive, increases your block chance, so a very good skill.
--- Heuksal:
- Combo, a very good skill, which can deal pretty good dmg.
- Soul Spear, the most usefull skill and a must have, when training the Heuksal tree. It can stun the enemy deal good dmg, and on 2nd and 3rd book it can knock-back the enemy.
- The passive, inceases your hp, so, a must for a int based char.
Now lets go over to the forces:
--- Ice:
Ice is good because it can Freeze and Frostbite the enemy. Even if the new alchemy alows players to be full resist to ice, a lot of them are not, so ice can be usefull as a int hybrid.
- Cold Force, the basic ice force.
- Ice Guard, inceases your pht. defense so very usefull if you are lvling this mastery tree.
- Frost Nova is a must in the ice tree.
- Snow Storm is pretty usefull, but optional because of the low dmg.
- Passive, also usefull if lvling the tree.
--- Lightning:
Lightning got the most usefull buffs and also a very good dmg dealing attack. It can redues the parry ratio and so increase the max. dmg that can be delad to the enemy.
- Thunder Force, the basic lightning force.
- Piercing Force, increases your magical dmg, so is very usefull for an int based char.
- Grasswalk, faster moving, get it.
- Lion Shout, finish off move, can deal decent dmg.
- Thundebolt, thunder nuke, get it.
- Passive, if you want.
--- Fire:
The most dmg dealing force. Can burn the enemy and on later lvls burn deals good dmg.
- Fire Force, basic fire force.
- Fire Shield, if using sword get it. Can only be used with shield.
- Fire Arrow, the best nuke of all. A must for a int based char.
