we're 90% sure to stay in chinese server even if the us version comes out.

why use english patch if i can read chinese just fine? easier to communicate with the majority of the server population if i want to ask something.

lvl17... for elyos u can go do the quests with a party. or u can go to the temple and solo those mobs, they have repeatable quests there too.

Im using English,obviously posted my screen shoots with F12.

I don't see a point to keep on playing CN after they release NA/EU.
It would be less laggy on EU server,more people you can actually talk to and you wouldn't be totally owned by hardcore Chinese people.
And 15 free days ? Lol that won't last forever and they will have to stop with the new regions once.
But w/e floats your boat

Where the heck do you people level at 17? The quests here are WAY too hard T_T. In the garrison/outpost area of verteron.

Well yeah theres group quests but i can't find a group so i solo those air spirits, or the rocks,elyos spirits and birds in that haunted hill

i must say, leveling is quite slow and not all quests

It has 50 cap + your a gladiator
And duh thats why i cant wait for NA/EU,but if you really need some quest help try google

Scouts are actually hard to play, i heard they get a lot better at 30+.
And i think you have a corrupted file.... Think you might have to download it again or something.

Well yeah i play on the 7th region, each new region gives 15 days free after you have to pay per hour.
Currently 7th and 8th region are free, but they end being free on 14 may.Day after on 15 may the 9th region opens and gives 15 free servers.
Each region is a group of 5-8 servers.

Download the folder Palapala posted in that topic, rename it tu ENU and put it in L10N folder (Where you put english patch)
I just found out that the Chinese ver. also has voices (NPC says something when you talk to them or sound in cutsceenes)
English patch is overloading the Chinese voices, but the Korean ones work with eng.patch.

1: Whats the spiritmaster like? Could you say its similar to the wiz on sro?
2: Based on what you've seen in game, do you know much about the templars like damage wise and how they compare to gladiator?

1. No, sorcerer is more like a wizard in SRO (Giant Nukes,Sleep...)
Spiritmaster is a pet class, so it relies more to his spirits. I don't need to buy good geer to survive,actually i buy ever second set i.e i buy the lv 10 set then i don't the lv 15, i buy 17 and don't buy the 19 and i buy 22 .... Basically you let your spirit tank while you DoT and nuke the mob.Some people don't buy stuff at all just use the one from quests but i wouldn't advice that.Well because the zones you go have rifts <some kind of portals that the opposite side can come to your land.So for the sake of surviving if they sometimes come keep your items updated.

While in other hand other classes need it to be topnotch to survive <Especially templars because they kill the slowest>
While in PvP you will get your best stuff to survive while your Wind spirit kicks @ss lol.

2.Like i said templars are slow at killing and use a nice amount of potions, while glads also use a lot but they kill faster.

Oh and at later lvs you can fuse your pets this is Fire/Earth.

NCsoft released it's Q1 2009 earnings report today. Contained within it is some very interesting hard data about Aion. Did you know Aion "only" has 41 servers in Korea but 113 servers in China?! I didn't. What's even more intriguing, though, is the new projected launch windows for Aion in North America and Europe...



So now, instead of Q3 or Q4 2009 we're looking at 2H 2009, the second half of 2009.

I've attached the .zip file that includes the report (in .pdf format) to this newspost. The quarterly investor conference call was also released to the public, available via streaming or direct download. I haven't listened to either version yet, but they might be something worth listening to.

Net income amounted to 33.5 billion won (US$27.2 million) in the January-March period, up 315 per cent from 8.1 billion won a year earlier, the company said in a regulatory filing.

* Sales increased by 51.4 per cent on-year to 133.4 billion won, with operating profit climbing 128.34 per cent to 42.5 billion won, it added.

* The company attributed the surge in the bottom line was attributed to a rise in the sale of its fresh game title, 'Aion'.

Hit 22 on my spiritmaster and 20 on cleric. (Didn't play much the last 2-3 days)
I think i might make a new cleric on the 9th region and get it high for PvP

are there any restrictions on fusing pets ? like you can only fuse once at x level after doing x quest which translates into you better get it right or else you wasted your time on a partially useless character.

DP (Divine power) is gained from killing mobs. You have a max of 4000 DP at any one time. As your DP goes up (2000,3000,and 4000) you get nice glowing effects around your char. If you die or log off, your DP is reset to 0. Some of the best skills require DP...like a normal nuke for me does about 900, however my nuke that requires 2000 DP does about 1.8k.
