Funny noob thoughts

Hahah when i reached 20 for like 3 years ago on my first char, i thought that thiefs was like murders so i took on a thief suit walked out and killed (pk) people

first alchemy experience: got a lvl 16 sos spear (traded for something else) and made +1->+5 in one shot.

now i waste millions and can't get +5 again.

List of noobish things :

1.I sold my lvl 8 sos glavie to a turk for 3k gold cause i didnt need it anymore and i didnt know i could NPC stuff LAWL (i would drop things to clear my inventory or exchange).

2.Those protector things were floating around on my first day of playing silkroad all over south gate jangan in Babel and i hit one and it killed me, then i went out and did it again cuz i thought it was a glitch... lol

3.I didnt know there was more than one page of the party list.

4.I didnt know i could scroll down on the skills list for the longest time (lvl 28) (on my second character)

5.I thought npc thieves were player thieves so i tried to talk to them- no reply lol.

6.You could use imbues at the same time as skills? AWESOME!!! (realized at lvl 25)

7.I had every single book available.

8.I was a 1:1 hybrid bow/glavie/blade (whatever the highest weapon was i would use it lol)

9.I thought horses were permanent... lol and i thought it was such a waste of 1200 gold when i hit lvl 10 xD.

10. I npced my first 10 or so elixirs because i thought that was alot of gold.

there were many noobish things i did, but i can list more... lol

I didn't use Flame Body Series(physical damage buff), because I took seriously the skill description :
The Fire Force Mastery includes the step to maximize the power of the martial art by giving out and bursting up the energy of the fire to the outside. This is the absolute martial art, but requires the caution because it has the aftereffect that the body is not endured and burned or is stricken.

I didn't want burn status from that little damage buff

I thought the same thing when I was a little glaiver nub oh soooooo long ago haha!

4 ) When I finally reached lvl20 I decided to go on a 1* trade. With my friend in my party, we reached the bugs. Then suddenly a lvl52+ player thief started to come to us. I was so worried cause I had never been in such a situation. I stopped. The thief stopped next to me. I was thinking about what I read in the game manual about triangle conflict, and 1* trade runs. After 30 sec waiting, I decided to welcome the thief and continue my journey, but while I was typing, 2 lvl52+ npc thief pwned us , and then the thief collected our loot.
It was a hard lesson to learn about 1* popping

This is why I have been a hunter for longer than most people have known about SRO... I don't care if things have changed, I do it to mop up those cheap OG bastard thieves still out there who would pop the innocents in a second if they still could.

dint know how to use skills till i was in hyungno when i noticed somebody killing faster and have a diffrent move (skill).

I thought "Party monster" were some kind of special monsters that only appears rarely.
Or like those monsters were partying xD

Until i've been partying with my friend with Exp share... and i noticed it lol!

EDIT: oh and about Nuker, i thought they were a special kind of skill like.. Nukers BOMBS!

i also remember dropping my 2nd degree set TWICE after the durability ran out... didnt know how to repair... yes i bought new ones xP

one time i remember TRADING a jewel box... i dont remember how it happend.. i glitched it or sumthing and a guy sitting at the computer next to me gave me 100k for it... i thought i was rich..

yea i remember taking the information that the skill books said too literal... thats why i didnt get many buffs or attacks...

aw the best one was i pressed N to sit and regain hp til i was like 25 didnt know about pots... and i had like 2M by then which made my friends wonder why i was so rich

3 ) After a week or so the game started to get boring , because I though that there are only 4 lines of skills at each masterety,(after getting the 4th skilline 1st book at lvl14-16 , the next one was lvl25+ at the 1th skillline) when I realised that the skill book can be actually scrolled down . I was so happy !

Back when NPC thieves attacked unsuited players before they attacked player thieves I used to wear a cape because I thought I could res myself if they killed me.

lol at the Flame Body series, I did exactle the same when I started to play and believed it was going to cast the burnt status on my char if I used it.

My first trade was awful too, whe just left Jangan with two courageous lv20 hunter friends when we got slaugthered by thieves popping NPC at us. It was looong ago, when there were no euro and all.

The noobiest thing I've done I guess was to never unequip my black cape when I hit lv10 because I thought it was so cool to wear... Until I got chain killed by a player at water ghosts XD

i knew that the pots can be used automaticly when i was at level 28
it was so hard to focus on grinding and looking at my hp\mp

As most other people in this thread i didn't get flame body at first for exact same reasons lol..

I also made a character with a spear and wanted to be blade at lvl 15, so i remade a new character because I didn't know you could switch weapons >.>

I also sold a lvl 17 sos talisman to npc because it was female and I couldn't use it.

Some of mine's are alrdy posted but here are some:

1. Swearing at an npc thief for killing me (I thought it was a player that murder me for no reason)
2. I was an int and i thought they only use magic atks, so all i got were the imbue and was jst using imbue + normal atk to hit mobs until i reach 30 for the nukes(luckily i found out you actually do better dmg with those skills at lvl 2x, otherwise i woulda quit before reaching lvl 30 -.-)
3. I didn't know whether som or sosun was better, thought it was jst a difference in name so i traded a sosun 16 hand for som 16 boots
4. When you put a stall up and look at the item's "purchasing price", i thought that was the price of the item sold at npcs, so i would sell or stall my gears for lower than that (=.=)
5. I thought by getting the res skill, i can res myself :]

I used to think ints could only use magical attacks too . I always wondered about why the first nukes were at lvl 30 lol >.<

Another thing, I didn't wanna be a thief because i thought that if i died as a thief, i'd lose all the gold i had in my inventory (after i saw npc thieves (which i thought were real players) drop gold)

Um I thought party monsters appear only on special spots not only if u party 8/8 and I was wondering why one day there were many when I was with my friend and next day when I was soloing there werent any oh and I put my points to str on my wizard to make me stronger when I was using life control(I though I was too squishy)
