25crt is highest on daggers, it doesnt matter is it SUN or not, its euro weapon not china.

nivlam.igamelegit.com and click on weapons, self explanatory after that, but +80% crit on daggers is pretty dam nice.

I have a 21 SOS daggers. I think 25 is the max. (i have seen only 24)

So far i could make 240k on mangyang zerking

Daggers can be max 25 since a level 1 weapon, to 98.. and probably forever.
But, at 100 cap a 2H can also be crit 25. Which means that at 110 cap, warriors can potentially have a crit 26 2H. (concentration passive of 2H gives crit +1 every 10 levels)

BR on a npc shield limit is 20 (100%)
i managed to pull off a BR 22 on a SOM shield which was something like 80%+

100 cap just 24 max, 15 on wpn 9 on passive. You counted lvl 1 having a passive, but it starts at lvl 10 like you said.

In any case, 24/25, almost same percentage. 1/4 times.

for xbow = crit 20 (100%)

it doesnt matter the lvl or if its SoX...
