Video Converting Problem

I'm trying to convert an avi video into mp4 , but when converted there is no picture only sound . Anyone know how to fix this?
( I used cucusoft video converter )

Have you tried using a different software?
I also convert videos that i edit for work using Total Video Converter, and i havent had any problems converting mp4 to avi or viceversa.

Try using Youtube Downloader, is free and it works perfectly fine for me.
