KD skill question

Alright, i'm making a pure int nuker atm and i will be getting the kd skill. What i'm confused about is if i should max the second book or max the first book. My bicheon will max at 60.

Book 1 maxes at 53 I believe.
Book 2 maxes in the 60s.

There is a slight decrease in the chance of KD due to the difference between the target and skill, but it is only around .5%/lvl

With that said, do you plan on using KD in PVP like a blader would? Or is it just for sticky situations where you need to run or pot up?

For situation 1, max both as high as you can with the 60 mastery. For situation 2 leave book 1 at level 1 and then max book 2 (which will max closer to 60 giving you about 3-4% more chance of KD than maxed book 2 and also has AOE)

I'm mainly going to be using it for pvp and i plan on doing alot of group pvp also so i guess that aoe could come in handy

i know a lvl 7x KD nuker full int who uses KDs a LOT in pvp. I'd probably max all books, but it'll take a ton of sp
