The reason i ask is because i am currently an SE(Software Engineer) Major and i don't think its the right major for me. So what have you guys found interesting that would make a good major?
I think i plan to stay in the engineering field but i am still open to other possibilities.
and just to make it fun. what would be your dream major?

I graduated already with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry. almost everyone of my classmate who pursue the same thing got a good job offer before we graduate. i should have went for the most pretigious chemical engineering degree since it's considered as the "universal engineer" and i have regretted it ever since.
Why don't you think software engineering is right for you? I used to do the same thing then i changed because my eyes hurt staring at the computer screen too long. Anyways, good majors are anything in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). Any of those fields are highly valuable and get you a good paying job.
My advice to everyone is do whatever you love the most. But if finding a job is important to you, then please don't get any of the degree below or you will have a hard time finding a job (unless u go into teaching). But if you must get one of the degree below since it's your passion, then go double major and spend an extra year in college but it will paid off
