xbow/bard: where to grind at what level?

I haven't seen any guide on this so far and I read different opinions. Some say monsters my own level, some say a few levels below or higher than my own level...

So, what is it?

i'm a rogue/bard and all i did was experiment. I just kept killing mobs higher than my level and whatever i could kill before they had a chance to hit me is what i grind on. But i do grind with CE on and have at least +3 weapons so i can kill mobs 8 or so levels above me.

Grind on mobs that you can kill quickly, get good exp and not get killed by them.

It all depends on your build and gear.

I used to grind on mobs which I could "the kd shot, idk the name anymore" + power shot.

right now i'm 54, grinding on yeit's. I use long+the lvl 50 power+powershot, its not extremely quick, but i almost never get hit and its just the right time so that my long shot is ready right after the kill. I can go instantly from one mob to the next

U will not have problems grindin on 10lvls higher monsters without giants.
On maongs when u are 32-37 (would be nice if u have good xbow) and on snipers (64-69)
cant thinf of more right now

I can kill lv 80 mobs with a 9 gap at lv 60
Turn off the buff and you can kb enough to kill them, but not good for a grind, just to see how high of mobs you can kill

you have no problems killing 10 higher on a 9 gap

I know you already got lots of good answer but when i was lvl 20 i killed earth ghosts and ks'ed all the nuker bots. It was REALLY epic

Someone show me a video at lower levels please.
I tried killing Earth Ghosts at level 24 and it wasn't too easy.
Show me low level xbow at monsters +5/+10.
