Useless, hordes of zombies don't care about what falls on them. They just keep moving. Cluster bomb would do a ton more effective damage. Even then, good luck finding them alone.
BTW, flamethrowers won't do anything, it will just turn the into a burning heap of meat.

Lady_Shadows wrote:flamethrower vs zombies in an building = fail not only will you have a zombie but you will also have to worry about a zombie on FIRE coming after you lol
and with supplies mine are one of the easier ones to find and the fact that they dont make a clean whole in the skull (more like tear it to shreads (which is how you kill a zombie)) the heli takes diesel i believe so just clear an area pump up enough diesel to last to the next city and start city hopping.

Explain.

satman83 wrote:Well for a start how do you plan on holding that gun? not only is it heavy but takes a lot
of upper body strength to use it, also where would you find ammunition for a military
issue weapon during a large scale zombie outbreak? The gun also wastes more bullets
then any other type (all it takes is one bullet to the head to kill a zombie) but with your
choice of weapon you would waste all your ammunition in no time. Also the noise of
the weapon would attrack zombies towards you.
As for the armor, 1 = where would you find an 16th century suit of armor. 2= how would
you move with it on (extremly heavey). All that suit will do is weigh you do, giving the
zombies time they need to peel off the armor and eat you.

Well, it's like I like to say: Hypothetical weapons for hypothetical situations.
Lets say I happened to have a suit of plate armor and a minigun with loads of ammo. I'll estimate that backpack by itself can hold about 2000 rounds of .30cal ammo for it. I'm not a small dude, so walking around with that stuff wouldn't be too difficult. Since speed isn't an issue when I can just mow everything down I don't have to worry about getting tired from running all over the place either. Attracting more zombies to me is fine, too, since I can just waste them like the others and clear the area faster.
I'd much rather do it that way than sneak around and wait for some stray zombie to nick me with their teeth in the dark somewhere.

You just can't go wrong with it.
satman83 wrote:lol you dont have to be big. mini gun + suit of armor you are not getting anywhere fast. also your dead, suit of armor
is not fast. In fact you cant even run with one on for more then a few meters. and like i said because your confined in
that armor all it takes is one zombie to grab you from behind and your dead.
Reise wrote:
The point is to start shooting with your back to a corner lol. And it's very possible to run in armor like that. Being realistic in a zombie apocalypse gear topic is boring.

Reise wrote:Well if anything were to really happen you'd be stuck in the UK with no guns and I'd be sitting on my small arsenal stateside lol.

satman83 wrote:Question? Have you ever shot a gun? if so have you ever hit a target? in this case it would have to be
someones head. Do you have any idea how hard it is to hit a moving target (even a walking one) in a
small area at long to medium range.
