There are 2 possible outcomes.

1: The flu kills people with a weak immune system (aka elderly and young children) for the obvious reason that their immune system can't fight of the virus.

2: The virus kills those with a strong immune system due to a high release of certain mediators.

Lets hope it's option 1.

Now you have the chance to get it again and your chances of dying are exactly the same. Influenza is a virus that rapidly changes and evolves much like the common cold so if you're wondering why theres no cure for it, same reason as the common cold. The only real people in danger are the young, the old, and the unhealthy. Those ppl who died in mexico were probably living in a slum in bad condition because the likelihood that the flu killed 100 perfectly healthy people is so low its not even funny.

The rest of you need to stop watching the news cause they're only pumping this up so you KEEP watching the news. If you get it chances are you might get sick(if you're a pussy) and go through the usual cold symptoms and then you're body will kick in and fight it off as it does on a daily basis. Don't lick any public doorknobs or start cutting yourself with dirty knives and will be fine.....

exactly were did zombies come in anyways? the flu cant and will not do that! so relax already......the only thing that can do that thats not man made is possibly the rabies virus because as of now it effects the infected persons brain and so on. so you guys should be freaking out about zombies when the rabies virus mutates.......so otherwise this is the flu relax.
