UFC: Undisputed 2009

A UFC game is currently being developed by THQ. The release is scheduled for May 19th, 2009.

There are 80 players that come with the game as well as 2 downloadable players if you buy from Gamestop. If you want to create a fighter, there are six disciplines to choose from, 3 stand-up and 3 ground. Each fighter gets to choose one stand-up and one ground discipline. The stand-up disciplines are boxing, kick boxing and Muay Thai. The ground disciplines are judo, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

It's a very real possibility. I'm going to get it anyway though, I've got $175 in EB games giftcards and it needs to be spent on something.
