Question regarding bots

I have been playing silkroad for some time but I quit about a year ago. I was looking for a nice mmorpg to play because I got bored of world of warcraft. I was thinking about silkroad but when i was playing a lot of bots were active and that made me quit. my question is: Are there still many bots in silkroad and is it still hard to log in without buying silk?
