It's one thing to complain about bots overrunning the servers, but to complain about new features they put into the game? If you don't like the features, don't use them. If those features make your overall gaming experience unenjoyable, go find another game. Crying about those features isn't going to change anything.

A complaint is a complaint, whether it be complaining about Joymax earning WAY too much revenue for the service they put out (I don't agree with that) or complaining about the bot problem, or complaining about how some people like to ruin in-game events like weddings and picnics by running in there and opening up pandora's boxes, it's still complaining.

know the cost of server maintenance?.. if u wanna make a stupid server of WoW for example .. with 300 400 user online in same moment.. u need 100 , 150 $ for month ... and this is a stupid normal hosting .. yah silkroad make more moeny but have to pay , Porgrammer and Staff , Maintenace of Server ec.. ^^ idk cost of all but i think 600.000 700.000 $ for month
