Farming with a Bard Only? (1 Mastery Bard, no sub)

Well, Im starting my bard and I'm planning already how and when I'm going to farm. I've heard many recommendations, most of which say I should farm on PEGs. However, I know that they're 64, but I don't know which would be the optimal lvl for me to farm there. I was thinking in 2 gapping all the way to 55 so I get the required exp for 55 skills maxed, then lvl to 64 with a 0 gap not lvling skills, in order to dlvl the mastery back to 55 and have a 9 gap. However I don't know if it's good to farm there being the same lvl as the mob, or higher/lower.

How would it work for a bard then? I want to be able to farm there in a party and also soloing (nuking) when I got no party. Which would be the good lvl to do that in between?

I wouldn't farm at the PEGs. Parties are still kind of "unpredictable" there. I'd farm at the Chasers or Tomb if I were you.

As for soloing, go grind on the white spiders. If you have level 50 noise the regular mobs won't hit you AT ALL. It's sexy.

Som you think it would be better to lvl with a 3 gap till 85 and then farm at chasers? Could do that too...

Consider nachals

magical damage only, spawn's not too bad if you pick the right spot.

Always farm in last lvl mobs pt. For now, it's lvl 99 mobs.

We don't party at the Nachals here on Venus very much.

You could do that. Or to save yourself from having to deal with leveling up on a 3 gap you could 0 gap and only raise your MC,Tamb,MM and stuff like that. Granted, you'd have to farm a lot more at the cap...but still :wink:

Agreed, but my recommendation was more towards when he solos...which is very doable with a bard. I'd still recommend ong farming for as long as possible, then 2 gap the rest.

Venusians seem to party more often due to the number of Euro players. You guys are lucky in that respect.
