Drive Dying
one of my storage drive no longer show up in my computer and i think it's dying on me so is there any software i can use as a bootable to copy my data to another drive to try to create an image of my hard drive and then try to recover the day?

I'm curious as to why you bumped this? It went down two places from the top of the OTL. Someone will answer you when or if they know the answer.

Wrong section btw.
Try removing the HDD and trying it in a friends pc. The problem could actually be your sata/IDE port and its making it not register, it may not be a problem with the HDD. If not try replacing the sata/IDE cables as well.
As far as the program? Well since its not registering im not sure of any programs you could use as they wouldn't detect the HDD being there to perform anything..
Although i still believe the HDD connection is just loose.

Pretty much this.
My old HDD stopped showing up aswell some months ago, didn't get recognized 3/4 of the time.
I dumped it in another pc and it works like a charm again.
And check out if the cable is a bit loose aswell. Can easily be the cause too.
