Noone complained about bows being so underpowered in 70-80 cap...
Most people who complain about overpowered chars probably have a glavier (considered one of the best in 80 cap) or a warrior/cler (considered on of the best at 80 cap) because they don't play for fun, they play for the "ahah, i beated u at a meaningless pvp fight that will make my life so much better"
So... Why bother with those ppls

I fought a 94 bower with dual kb too...When he charged his strongbow or devil arrow I just used bleed on him, then after that I kded him, putted up fire wall and nuked him to death. It's not that hard lol. It's a real bower if they don't spam knockback.

No warrior can 1-crit me. I have 35k hp, and the sun-2h and sun axes and sun rogues on my server hit me max 20k.

Kb chains, strong bow, and celestial beast arrow = dead.

I love the knockback & stun skills.

They will make my 'also-int-related' bow build, still a usefull one, where before the knockback & stun, int bowers or hybrid bowers used to suck.

I can say the same thing for people who constantly use kd. Imo people can pvp how ever they like, some people like to be strategic the way they play, not just button mash. The only thing im against is outside buffers etc..

Then the same thing would go for nukers who use snow shield, bladers who keep using KD (its pretty annoying still ), rogues who use stealth, warlocks who use stun/sleep, and warriors who use iron skin + mana skin + bless at the same time. They are using their skills, nothing wrong with it >.>

Reason why i still think the only overpowered char in silkroad are warrior/clerics.

In jobwars people will really notice the power of bowers at least if those bowers are smart enough to group up.

and don't underestimate glaives! at lvl 98 it gets 4th book dragon fly, which is a 2x180% = 360% skill and even stronger than soul spear.

IN group pvp? Definitely not, scream mask fxcks kb chaining up pretty badly. No new pots and low defense, an bower will have a hard time surviving 2 opponents or more at once. Where for exemple a tank or blader/glaive can take the dmg.

In 1on1, well its annoying. To much kb wont kill any pure str. Even when you use strongbow + celestial after it and such. Bowers like all chinese purestr will suffer from no new hp pots , a tank/cleric who uses vigors since the 80 cap wont notice any difference and will have relatively higher hp recovery compared to chinese purestr at the 90 cap.


So maybe tank/cleric IMO will be a bit overpowered in 1on1. However it pretty much sxcks to be a tank/cleric in group pvp cause the only thing you do is fence+ quota +screen xD. Wizard with full buff however is a true overpowered beast in group pvp.

lol that`s not the only thing a warrior is doing in a party...he also has to keep the opponents away from the ints...especially if the wizard is in lifeturnover and the opponent use glut- and overhealing

No such thing as OP! It's only an issue now because it's the Archer's turn to get new and actually useful skills/upgrades. It was the same shit when at 90 cap Bicheon got a shitload of good skills/upgrades. If anything, it's just re-balancing, though then again, with a 300 mastery cap, every Chinese has a build dilemma.

Must be fun Spamming KB though. Ice/Fire wall + KB + New Crit Skill + KB, repeat. Ohh, I forgot the range... RoFL!

In 1 on 1, all this kb spamming will do is make bowers one of the worst euro enemies. Lock will still tear it to shreds, but anything else shouldn't be too bad.

Ok, so i've been watching some youtube vids of job wars and such at 100 caps (and higher) and i noticed that a bow character can spam both knock back skills...i realize that bicheon/hueskal got some other power-ups also, but do YOU think bow is to overpowered since it can spam both knock back arrow combos?

No it's not, I fought some guy the other day and he used kb/kb/strongbow/kb/kb/celestial beast arrow/kb/kb/kb...That's not pvp, that's just annoying the hell out of someone.

Int needs snow for survival, bowers dont need to kb after every attack to survive.

i dont think bow is overpowered simply because there defence is very low. no hp passive like spear or no shield like s/s users to add up a bit of defence. so they gotta spam knockbacks to get a bit into defending. i think its fair for them to have knockbacks, but hopefully not more then 2 ^^
