I like the second sig the most. Though if I had to pick one of the first sig, I'd pick the colourful ones.

With the first one however, although I'm in no boat to criticize, I fail to find the focal point and am not such a fan of the background. Nor can I make out what the "characters" in the sig are. That might be my lack of watching anime's though

Your colouring needs work like no tomorrow but the second one has mass potential. It just seems to be lacking some sort of inviting, compelling effect and depth. But if I had to choose one of them from as they; would be the second textless. Good job.
