Picture for Signature?

How do you add you own made picture like some part from the screenshot on signature? I know you need to do something with URL but how anyway, like if I have part of my screenshot cutted of by Pain.net or some other picture program, how do I add it, and where do I get its URL?

Well I got something in there but how do I make it bigger and get those numbers away from below of the picture?

It always gives u a Hotlink for Forums to the normal picture and to the thumbnail, u took the thumbnail
