70:70 Bow With Prem +

Any one know the phy and mag balance suppose to be when your naked while your prem plus(+10str & int) is on for a 70:70 char.

With prem + giving 10 str and 10 int, your balances naked would become nearly 71% physical and 72% magical balance. If you simply manage to get both as close as possible to 71/71 with prem +, it's good enough.
