This is pretty neat.

Work this out as you read ..
Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!
This is not one of those waste of time things, it's fun.



1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have chocolate (more than once but less than 10)




2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)





3. Add 5





4. Multiply it by 50 -- I'll wait while you get the calculator





5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1759 ...
If you haven't, add 1758.





6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.






You should have a three digit number







The first digit of this was your original number
(i.e., how many times you want to have chocolate each week).





The next two numbers are

YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it is!!!!!)

THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2009) IT WILL EVER WORK, SO SPREAD IT AROUND WHILE IT LASTS.

=(100*x + 250 + 1759) - yearOfBday
=100*x + 2009 - yearOfBday
=100*x + yourAge

so u take a random number ( it can be even bigger than 10 , it still works )

when multiply a number by 2 is always a even number
and when u +5 that even number u get a odd number

when u multiply a odd number by 5 it will always end in a 5
(in our case is 50 but the only difference is that our number will end in 50 )

let's say that u pick 3
[(3*2)+5]*50 = 550
or let's say u pick 7
[(7*2)+5]*50 = 950
or let's say u pick 1
[(1*2)+5]*50 = 350

now here is the trick :
the number 1759(or 1758) makes all the magic
u can notice that 1759 + 250 = 2009 ( our actual year )
* or 1758 + 250 = 2008 ( if u haven't had your birthday this year )
and if u do 2009(or 2008 , depending on the case) - "your birth year" u will find your age

and 1759 + 350 = 2009 + 100 = 2109
2109 - "your birth year" = 100 + your age = 1"your age" ( 1 is the number of "chocolates" )
