A question about a Glavie character

Hello, I'm new here & no this is not my first time playing Silkroad Online.

I noticed most of the characters on Silkroad Online use Sword or Bow.

Some of the characters has spear/glavie/blade

I have a female Glavie/Garment Character. I have my old character, level 19, almost to level 20, a female bow/Protector Character.

Anyways, my Glavie/Garment Character- I knew the Glavie is slow but great damages when attacking monsters but not for PVP.

DarkChaos89 beat me every time when we're around the same level... and to test our skills and etc. Like around 2 or 3 times he beat me, I resurrent and finally beat him in the end.

I'm Level 12 right now and my Glavie level is level 11 and I am using a Fire force, it's Level 11 also, I think...

HP: 750
MP: around 450ish, I'm not sure...

Is it bad to have a Garment/Glavie character because a Garment focus on magic, right?

What's the best weapon recommended instead of Glavie?

Also about SP, when I was level 1, I decided to save until I'm level 5 so I just got ONE skill for my level 1 Glavie, then I save up some more until level 8, I got the first fire force, then I save up some more to level 11 or 12, I keep leveling up my skill on Glavie and Fire Force... I'm still saving SP... should I get Soul Spear Move lv 1?? Any recommendations would be great.

Focus more on your STR than INT

Just wait until you are level 13 and you can upgrade your suit and your weapon..

Shall we PvP again? Haha.... It's more likely you need better weapon and good skill..

I learned there's difference between KnockDown and KnockBack

Some skills make the player to step backward, thats called KnockBack

Some skills make the player to fall down, thats called KnockDown

With KnockDown, you can get another skill that attack while the player is lying on the ground, helpless.. EXCELLENT!

I'm so getting Soul Cut Blade and saving SP until lvl 19 and get KnockDown move!

By the way, I think your new move, Soul Spear Move is more likely KnockBack not KnockDown...

My sword/blade are knockdown... Your advantage is to push me backward and miss the shot.. that's it.

My advantage is to push you to the ground and add 1 more attack to you then u get up on the ground...

First of all : GLAVIE is GREAT for PvP !!!
In 1v1 PvP, glavie does very well and in PvE glavie is good.

I'd recommend to stick with glavie but you have to know that glavie is a str weapon, so you have to put your statpoints in strength.

I'm lvl 46 female/garment full strength fire/glavie user : all i can say that this is a very decent leveling build (faster than a fire/blader).

YES you have to max the soul depart serie (soul spear, soul spear truth...) because the main advantage of glaviers is not the knockback effect (with ghost petal book2) but the stun effect of the soul depart serie.

If bladers have KD, glaviers have stun effect !! (and it only requires to level up 1 serie, whereas bladers have to max KD and stab skills).

Well first Glaiver is one of the best builds in the game, u will eat bow and sword users in breakfast

U need to be pure STR, if u already put some points in int just make another char, lvl 11 is easy to get with the scrolls

For skills u need to focus in soul spear series and ghost spear series, with that u will be a killing machine, always look for a glaive with a nice critical, 7 or more will be great, u should get fire cuz fire fits the STR needs with +PHY damage and +MAG DEF.

stay with glaive, in a short time nothing will kill u anymore and everyone near u will be dead before they notice what is happening
