Crash in Smarkand and can not log in

I crash every time i go to samakand

I dont know why. And i cannot log in again. Every time i click start, error message appears
IT said the Data Execution Prevention (DEP)has closed SRO

I need some1 to log in my acc and move my char back to Hotan so i can log in

MY computer is strong (so no thing wrongs with the requirement) but i dont know how the ..... the DEP close my SRO when i was in Sama

i ask GAYMAX but they dont give a damn abt my problem (fak them)

please, someone please help me. I tried many things but still donot work

I tried to turn of DEP with BCDEdit.exe but it's not working

I still dont know how any other way to remove the stupd DEP :|

so u can log into the char and all and select and when u click start it crashes, or on the first load screen before you load the game?

After i click start, the loading screen finishes loading then DEP error message appears

i would suggest updating your drivers for your graphics card and reinstalling, havent heard of this error, so i cant really give you more advice then that :\
