The coordinates on that map don't match up to the ingame coordinates anyway. The map "coordinates" are just the mouse location on the map and not an actual location on the map. If they were map coordinates then you should not be able to get X and Y locations when you put the mouse cursor off of the map. Mouse over an area on Rok that you have spent a lot of time and know the coordinates and compare those with the coordinates on the map posted in the OP.

I've spent hours beyond count in all places of SRO, and I couldn't tell you where ANY coordinate is, let alone compare them to that gmap thingy.

I love it though. I don't know my way around the tomb yet. I got B2 down, but that's as far as it goes. I usually look at the mmosite maps as well, though this is much much better.
A definite bookmark.

On a completely unrelated note.

Very nice, props to Cruor and PileOfMush.

Suggestion...can you add teleport locations in the tomb? It'd be really nice then :)

Have you not seen the mini map in the top right corner of the game screen. There are XY coordinates right there.

Go to any place that is not inside a cave or tomb and look at the mini map then compare those coordinates to the coordinates on the google map.

I've seen it, I just never had any use for it.

I was comparing the coordinates to the ones in the game, and sure enough, the coordinates are pretty accurate (atleast in Hotan)

0,0 starts in hotan, so the closer you are to it the closer to right it'll be, any margin of error will become more noticeable further out

Not really. Coordinates are linear, not exponential. You will be only as far off as 0,0 is from the right place.

Is that the old SRO loading screen area in the very bottom right?
