So it's going to be a house bunny?
Few things you will need to know, hide any wires, rabbits love chewing especially wires. Also anything else you don't want being destroyed, even carpets.
Remember rabbits need to eat hay, always have fresh hay, everyday. Also rabbits can get an upset tummy very easily, always feed your bunny on the same food, if you change the food, properly wean it off, gradually mixing in the new stuff. Fresh veg, but do not give it lettuce.

If it is a house bunny when it is about 6 months it will need to be neutered, this is when there hormones will start to kick in..
But I am sure you have read up on all this already.

I don't do well with small pets like rabbits and rats. My first rat I gave a bath because he smelled bad, he died. My second rat escaped his cage and ate mouse poison.
I went to play with my sisters rabbit, he was just hopping around in the garden, woosh, gone. Bird scooped him up.

For starters rats don't smell if they are cleaned out regulaly, rats are actually good swimmers.

I cleaned the cage once every week like the petshop told me to. I made a bucket of luke warm water and put it in there and washed it a little.
Afterwards the animal just didn't have any life in it any more. It looked really weak and shivered, so I put her in one of my shoes with a lot of socks and padding and put her in front of the fireplace where she spent the night and where I found her dead the next morning.

Really need to be cleaned twice a week, either one big clean out and spot clean. Or 2 big clean outs.
