http://www.rautemusik.fm/ more specificly the eXTreMe channel, its got rock an alternative, about 95% of the songs are good with the except of a few i don't overly like.

edit

you can also find this stream in itunes under radio/rock, how ever itunes is a shitty player for radio streams and is unstable, so i just grabed the real stream and listen to it using vlc
