All the chavs have it at my school.
Come to think of it, the chavs on my school actually have the sides very short, then the back very long (matje) and the front very short as well.
Then you get the most retarded look you've ever seen. The front inch is combed forward, then the rest, in a 3-4 inch strip over the head is put upwards and in the back it gets all fuzzy like Tsume's hair.
The sides, above the ears, are trimmed to like a few mm and the best of them have crazy motives styled into them as well.
Makes me chuckle every time I see them.

I could walk outside right now and I would see my neighbor and..oh wait...he would have his hair styled. It's normal these days to want to have good looking hair. For most people, that is achieved by products and spending time on it.
