School Project

Post by lavapockets »

So I had to do these for a class project...the specifications were very strict. There had to be a recycle symbol, text had to be in gold, and the theme was "green initiatives". I just want some feedback, I know they're not great but any comments/suggestions on how to make them a bit better before I have to turn them in would be much appreciated.

First one is much better I think.
Better light used.
No matter how much you think you love somebody, you'll step back when the pool of their blood edges up too close.

they're both a bit LQ tbh. did you render the
arrows in the first one yourself? not talking
about cutting em out, but more in 3d rendering
them.

i defo like number one better. maybe you can
try out other settings for it, like put that
logo on a trash bin or container?

First one is better but the recycle symbol is LQ and the image inside of it doesn't really show anything.

The border and the gold text color and on the first one doesn't look right to me.

I like the second one, it's prettier to look at and the background is much nicer.

Both nice lava, i like the first one but i would try and tidy some of those arrows like others said it looks a lil LQ maybe soften some edges up and that 'ball of light?' in the middle of the arrows looks a little abrupt imo, maybe try and make it look like it's comin from the background and through the arrows abit more? by like softning some of the balls edges or slightly erasing them to try and stop the seperation from the two objects being the tree and logo. Cause atm i'm seeing the tree with a logo in front and i think it would look alot better if you tried to bring them together a little more. Only my opinion, so take it how you see fit but great job on the two pieces and good luck with the project x)

Thanks for the comments guys. I figured out why it looks so LQ...when I resized the pixels/inch didn't automatically adjust. So the ppi is set for a 375/125 :( I didn't have time to completely re-do it, but the changes the people suggested are weird.

Anyways, these are the changes they said. I tried to clean it up as much as possible also:
