just some suggestions:
make it 10 pages MAX! monthly as well, weekly there wont be enough info

if your a keen pk2 editor, find some intresting stuff or get a keen pk2'er to help you

I would imagine there would be some tips, high quality tutorial, some story from some trade. Some interview with famous player and it can be interesting:)

ya his are good, if some one like me were to make one they'd just be walls of text with bad grammer and spelling mistakes everwhere.

Of course if you are trying to aim for a 10 page, his guides might need to be scaled back to only take up 1 or 2 max to fit the format better.
