Why do they keep changing the zerk..Now you shrink a little when you use it lol. Doesn't make sense. Anyone notice this?

Now mostly head goes in zerk, in red. Cant wait to hit 95 for blue one

Why would we get it in item mall when you can buy zerk potions at herbalist?
