Cave Delayed Attacking?

Anyone else getting it? Its not lag because outside of the caves my game runs smooth no lag...but inside i lag for like 10 seconds and everytime i press a skill it doesnt do it till like 7 seconds later.

As i said in that topic, Eldorado had the same problem some days ago. 2 checks and we were ok... but idk how u can make joymax make a check for you

its not lag...trust me... 1.my internet is fine and noone is downloading anything. 2. Only in Jangan Caves it lags because when i go outside of the caves everything is fine... i attack fast and everything is normal.. its a bug i think with the cave...it may only be on certain servers

It's just something that will need worked out. Like many other bugs that come out of a new Client

I lag in the caves too, though not 7 seconds, I would die pretty fast if so. It's like a 3/4 second between the time I hit the key for the skill and the time it fires. Not cool for a big party and a cleric trying to heal everyone. Hope they are able to fix it.

BTW, my Internet download is around 12mb/s and upload is 2.5mb/s so it's unlikely to be the speed...perhaps latency.

Lag doesn't have to happen server-wide (i.e., on every location of the map) for it to be lag. On my old system, I lagged a lot in Hotan, but out in certain grinding areas, I had hardly any lag at all. Does that mean Hotan is bugged?

Maybe. It would make sense because of having to load the cave each time you enter it, and reload the 'outside world' when you leave the cave. Similarly, you have to reload the map whenever you enter/leave the DW caves, or teleport across the ferries. I think each section is treated as its own area. You can communicate across the map, but things like pain quota don't work between the different 'areas.'

whether it be some sort of bug lag or cave lag or something..it has do with the cave because my internet is fine and is working smooth and everytime im outside of the Jangan Caves everything is good but only inside is it giving me this odd lag

The Caves are basicaly on a different "map" to the main silkroad areas. So when your in a cave, your in a completely new loaded area. Which is also full of alot of people, So it's common to lag more in them.

And yes, Your problem is lag. nothing else
