I am limited due to my PSU and I don't wanna spend more money on that either right now. But this one has extremely Good ratings and is very good compared to my on board card since I just got a new desktop. My On board can play SRO very well on high quality though lol which is amazing to me.
And If I do, should I get the 1 year service plan because it's a refurbed card?
EDIT: I got it lol, Couldn't wait.

It is an alright card.. the core/memory clock is a bit low for today's standards, but it is sufficient.

Its good enough. Will do better than onboard. Shouldn't have to upgrade your PSU less the amperage sucks badly. Amperage>Watts

The 8600 had some pretty bad reviews as far as I can remember.. but my brother has one and it plays COD4 fine, so I guess you'll be fine.
