I think you have to use a pickaxe with poison on it or something like that.

There is the key for riddle:
"What I need is a large lump of Bi Young. Small lumps of Bi Young can't be crafted into the shapes that I want, so it has to be a large lump of Bi Young. You can find large lumps of Bi Young on the 3rd level of the Qin-Shi Tomb in the Southern Snake Cave(Do), Western Snake Cave(Do), Eastern Snake Cave(Do), and the Northern Snake Cave(Do). But Bi Young contains the demonic energy of the Tomb Snakes so you can't mine them with a normal pickaxe. If you apply the venom of the Tomb Snake Lady, the poison suppresses the demonic energy and you can mine Bi Young. I have plenty of pickaxes, so first bring me 50 Venom of Tomb Snake Lady."
