So my friend just gave me an old computer he had lying around in his garage, for free. The problem however is that the graphic ability of the computer really sucks. Im wondering if its in any way possible for me to upgrade the graphics card so it can handle gaming. The reviews from the sites say its not really for gaming, but im wondering if I can turn this free thing into at least a decent gaming device. Can anyone offer some advice plz? Thanks

jeez, i honestly wouldn't even bother but for something that old you could find a video card for under $50.

single core processor.. ddr memory (ie not ddr2).. most likely agp.. and worst of all, dell
I'd just.. scrap it or use it as like, uhhh.. paperweight, or maybe some word processing if it can handle notepad.
but seriously.. the money you would spend on making it gameable would not be worth it at all.
