It's a old screenshot, added some more blue adds, goten most stuff to 100% the Int is now 5 and str is 4, not using it, trying to sell it

Sold it yesterday for 4 millions. Hope that price wasn't too low. Was somekind of sad to sell the first found SOS - but hey, I need the gold and have a new LVL 52 wristlet which is better.

No before the alchemy update lvl 1 thigns could have 20% frost .. after the alch update there were lvl restrictions . ie. You cant put 5 int o na 6th degree item.. so everythign that does have higher stats is 100%+
