0% stones are the absolute BEST you can get. It means they CANNOT Assimilate, and I believe they will ALWAYS work and never fail also. Just look at astral, immortal and steady stones. 0%.
You were mistaken and dumb for using them.

I've used 4 different 8d stone not ONE of them have worked . . . .
But i guess i deserve it, it takes me 8 weapon elixirs to get a +3 :S

Assimilation means that IF the rare case that it does work, it will not tamper with other stats/blues

its better to save the stones now. everyone too focused on lvl right now to pimp any gear. people will pay a lot of gold a year from now for a 0% stone
