they only do that here when we miss 3 or more school days. School ends June 18 at our school this year btw

School was originally planned to let out on June 17th or something? But because of the Ice Storm that took out power for a week and the other snow days we are getting out on the 27th. But no matter how many more snow days we have it's staying on the 27th

Hehe. The one time my school ran out of snow days they ended up extending the school days by a half hour.
