White/gray hair.....on young people

Just curious... Who here has had or has white/gray hair at a young age?
People keep saying it's from stress but uhh I am kinda a relaxing guy, not working too much, some say its hereditary, and some research say it's due to some enzymes or chemical imbalance or lack of something.

I sorta have 2 i think.. and I'm young

There is a guy in my college that is around 19 and he has a full head of grey hair. His dad has it aswell so maybe its in his family to get grey hair at a young age, did any of your parents or their parents have grey hair at a young age?

My mum started going grey when she was 16, I was lucky and started going grey a few years ago. I only have a few, that I dye I think for some it maybe caused through stress, but others its probably hereditary.

a friend of mine has grey/white hairs since she was 15 or so, and her mother's hair is totally white and she is pretty young. So i guess it's ereditary or something. Also can be caused by heavy stress or in very bad conditions, by traumas.. and that means that the hair turns grey/white in a day ot two or very shoty time anyway... Ive heard of cases when people got that happening cause of bad shock

My gramma never died her hair, it was black her whole life, hopefully I get that too.

My dad is bald and I wont get it, I think the next generation of our family will get it. Since hereditary often skip one generation.. But it's probably hereditary for you.. Ask your granddad or something..

Hair color is due to your genes, they can change any time.


It can happen with eye color also I believe.

Well yeah i supose you will go bald in your 20s or you will be lucky and get it in your 30s =D
