I just became a hunter and im currently helping my friend do 2star trades im like 37% lvl 1 hunter and I went to the hunter association and it has a option were I can pick up weekly profit or something? How do I get this money or whatever???

As said, it is WEEKLY profit, so once every week you can pick up money, depending on the amount of trades you've done that week.

depending on how active you jobbed that week.
I've had weeks of lower than 100K, i've had weeks of over 500K, and i were not a very active hunter.

2-3 trade runs per week for me means around 120k-150k. I don't actually do that much of the fighting though, unless they're lower than me and I can one-shot 'em.

Don't forget besides the hunter XP when you do a successful run, you do get some gold when the trader sells.
