I hope the judge sees how horrible this is and gives him max sentence. As an officer you're supposed to keep your cool despite whatever words are thrown your way. Kicking a shoe and cursing are not grounds for that kind of abuse. I hope the jury sees this too.

For all those people saying "she had it coming" etc..Do you think anyone deserves that sort of punishment especially for a girl and especially at only age 15. She is still a teenager and that sort of attitude is expected anyway. But she kicked her shoe off at his direction and called him a pig. Big effing deal. A good police officer would know how to deal with that situation without the need of hitting her. Its not the first ive seen or heard police abuse their powers anywho..

I'm all for this "aggressive" form of justice against certain criminals such as rapists, murderers, and armed robbers. Trust me, I wouldn't mind rebuilding concentration camps for these individuals to harvest their organs and turn them into something beneficial BUT I also believe that the punishment should always fit the crime. You don't shoot someone in the head for smoking a little weed or stealing cookies from the jar. The scenario in this one clearly shows the unprofessional behavior of the pig..err..cop since if he had any sanity in him, he would realize that although being a teenager is no excuse for the crime, her behavior could still be changed and should be expected from her. Plus, you have to think what would happen in the long run if you let this pig run around freely flashing his badge and sporting his pistol.

Sometimes I wanna beat the shit out of girls, but it's justified, and I don't actually do it. This guy probably knew the girl for like 15 minutes, and he beat her ass, it's not like he knew her for a year and she was just the most Farking annoying person ever and she knew she could do anything and nobody would do anything.
This girl was already charged with assault and grand theft auto, she was already getting what was coming to her. Her harmless shoe kick, which must have been traveling at a devastating 3 miles an hour, did NOT, by ANY stretch of the imagination, deserve that beating.

My point was that it was her fault, and she was already getting punished for it by the law, the law is the reason what she did was considered punishably wrong in the first place. He didn't need to beat her up.
