If you were the teacher you'd probably want that girl to be suspended. Do you know how angry it would make you if your trying to teach something and someone isn't listening? Guess you'd have to be a teacher first in order to feel that. Teachers will never show it, but they are actually pissed as hell when students don't listen to their request.

Title is very misleading. She was texting in class and hides her phone in her ass. Teacher calls police after she refuses to give it to her. Police ask her to give the phone. She says she doesn't have it. And then they search her and find it.

See what I bolded? She lied to the police. Which is something you really can get arrested for. Also is how she was arrested.

I think kids are having it really easy...when i was younger(even though im not really that old..only 14) and my parents were mad at me for something i did they would warn me and then if they had to, hit me. When they were stressed or angry and they saw me doing nothing but watching them, they would be a little stern and tell me to do something like homework. How they acted taught me respect and helped me tell the difference from what is right and what is wrong. It also taught me how to soothe others when they are down or upset. I'm not trying to say beating your kids is good but i think otherwise it lets them get a little too brave and a little too cocky and then they believe that it is ok to talk back and revolt against everything they don't want to do. I don't think kids are taught responsibility, proper behavior and edict enough. It is too bad that for certain families it may be hard to tell how much is too much.
