I've heard this also.
In other words, while it doesn't actually own your photos, scribblings and status updates — you do — Facebook can do whatever it wants with it, whenever it wants, in order to promote itself or create or sell ads.
But what are they actually going to do with some of my photos though? I have some random holiday photos, photos of around my area, some of me when I was 5 years old and some recent photos of me.
