Nothing much i could say really, i want a new siggy and i would apreciate it a lot if someone wants to make it for me, because... i can't

I want "AvAdAkedAvrA" placed on the top left corner and "3ABEPA Elites" somewhere under it. The colours should be something... idk, shiny and colourfull like the wings. Something that will go well with it. If you wanna use some other effects feel free, i don't mind, and thanks in advance for whoever takes the time to try and make it
