As you can see,I cant Browse for a picture to put as a background,its disabled for some reason...
Any solutions? :x

Nah figured out it was adware,now the background is like "WARNING SPYWARE,DOWNLOAD ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE" and I cant change it >.>

Apparently you can remove it if your Anti-Virus(Kaspersky in my case) detects "Spysherrif" but of course mine didn't detect it >.>

Or you could delete two HKEY registry that causes your problems,anyways google it,you'll find the solution :D
