The reason I put a question mark at the end is because I don't really think much will come of this assertion of state sovereignty under the 10th amendment. GA has a similar bill (amendment?) to their state constitution, but we haven't really "done anything" [i.e.] the bill hasn't been used.
The tenth Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States [federal government*] by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
