Is it a bad idea to buy the SP ticket if you are 0 gapping?

I made a character on Titan server and I want to level asap, so I'm 0 gapping but would it be a bad idea to buy the 4 week skill ticket to help give more sp? Or should I wait until I farm?

you get more if you farm with it but only because you get more sxp per mob

but if you want to 0 gap and have sp to get some skills you can use ticket too

depends on build, if you get bard or xbow you can 0 gap with ticket to cap and not have problems
if you are chinese you can use ticket and get 2 trees (select skills) and get to cap getting all the useful skills then farm at cap

lvl bich and light. light nukes and the piercing force buff (yes, buff's are that important) and grasswalk. on bich i guess kd's/stabs/and lvl the chain that lets u get the last one, and lvl ice with your snow shield. doesnt matter if ice is like 10 - 15 lvls under u, but ur gonna need that snow shield. with an spt, you should be able to lvl all this just fine.

Lol...Gl grinding without buffs. Especially the mag dmg buff will give you ALOT more dmg.

Grinding with a sp ticket on a zero gap is pretty smart actually. You get like half to 3/4 of a sp every kill instead of like 1/4. So it's a bit farming while getting massive exp.

You can just do what I did. I went pure int spear from 0 --> 69 (and then deviated)...

If you farm ~15Ksp at around lvl 14-16, you can 0 gap to 69 easily...Just go pure int, use a spear, and level ONLY fire (specifically, the imbue and the fire nuke(s)). Get lightning to 30 for decent speed and the buff (even if it's crappy) and get ice to 20-30 (for ice shield). don't bother leveling spear until later.

If you do this you'll have enough sp while 0 gapping to continue to cap. If you run low, it's okay, it'll work itself out. Your fire nukes are what you'll use to kill stuff anyway.

You'll be the fastest leveler (since you can pot AND one hit) and only need a +3 spear at each tier. (Not sure if that's possible anymore...but back in the day when I did this, I bought a spear for every tier from 30 -->70 and made them all +3) you can kill oranges/reds continuously...

IF you get the ticket that'd be good too....BUT if you follow this plan you don't really need the ticket...Get it when you're farming so you're not wasting money.

I'd suggest you switch to pure int s/s later on though =)

Did you read what I wrote? Or just that key line? It's EXACTLY what I did...It works. Try it if you don't believe it. It works for ONLY pure int spear.

I found it in some guide on this forum (VERY old) and the point of the game nowadays it to get closer to cap or else jobbing is out and the cool skills are out (like KB for bow, bleed/division with the 73 chain, etc.)

edit: I hate this new system where you have limit number of embeddings of quotes. It's stupid. Fail.

Way back when (2006ish), there was a guide about how to make a char (for the 70 cap) really fast. I liked the idea since I didn't feel there was much point of being low level are farming with a bow at bandits...it's boring. =P

Ah well, you'll be fine. Too bad you left oasis...I could show you my character now =( lol...though I don't play that much on a day to day basis...

Oh, and if you WANT to get a ticket AND level fast, you might as well just go with the 1 month gold ticket (normal) or silver premium...

and if you think you want sp, just get the gold premium plus (the 30KSp quest is definitily going to help you).

If you're only going to grind you don't need the def buffs idd, but if you want to pvp a bit on the way...I'd advice you to lvl them cuz you'll need them

Well me personally, I wold go for at least a 2 gap. But if you are using that a long with the 4 week, I say it will be great to level with that way it will knock out some SP needed due to the 0 gap

AFAIK, PT+ and skill ticked, only playing on ticket time + quests, would give you almost enough sp to 0 gap a basic build to cap decently farmed.
