Already did. Those phone numbers are being spammed and security code is now being requested. People are also trying to trace him right now and the story was sent a while ago to different news organizations.

You need to be %100 sure it's the same guy, you can't do anything to someone who just shares the same drum set or facial features. The thing is that picture was taken from a guy named Kenny Glenn in facebook. Co-incidence? I highly doubt it but nothing's 100% right now..more like 90%. Either way that person will be up for investigation and all you really need to hear is his voice.

Not only are the cruel sadists idiotic enough to be doing these kinds of things, but then they are dumb enough to be posting it online for all to see. In that respect it sits alongside the foolishness of the speed-freaks posting videos of themselves belting along roads at 150mph, who then find themselves getting caught. Frankly, worldwide posting of evidence against yourself is pretty damn stupid. Chances are, with the coverage this video is already getting and will get, someone will recognise the house, the voice, or the cat, and the cruel pair will be make to pay the price one way or another.
The only other thing that worries me is the amount of views these videos have probably had already, and just how many individuals will take it as an invite to do similar things.

F!ck that guy. Seriously. I don't wanna sound like a pussy or anything. But i myself have 2 cats, and when i heard that poor cat "crying" it just made me so emotional. Even though i probably won't get the chance, if i ever saw that guy, i would just beat the shit out of him and teach him a lesson.
