Ever the patriot, Flynt says an unsexed nation is an "unhealthy" nation. "Americans can do without cars and such but they cannot do without sex."

Summary:
Basically he's trying to get a government subsidy to reduce the amount of competition created by websites like YouPorn, RedTube, etc.

Opinion:
He wants monopoly status. This isn't the first time a company has tried to bully competitors out of the market by using the government. Can anyone say, copyright, IP, anti-trust acts, etc.
