New security exploit?

Okay, now it's already weird. 2 days ago 2 of my friends were hacked, one was stripped, the other one changed his password just in time. Then again today another friend from the union got hacked, he's missing 2m and 40 silk, somebody was selling his account via globals.

So, is there any new security exploit or something like that? Because it's impossible that so much players get hacked. It's not only them, it's a few more.

or since the old exploit, your friend didn't change password. You can never be so sure if you are victim of all the old exploits or not

There might be... I heard from my friend that a lot of Babel players got hacked.. And whats interesting, none of them were dumb enough to get keyloggers etc.. All of the were some of the toppest players... Also, before I left SRO, a week before, something like that, my friend got hacked.. And he also said 2 of his guildmates were hacked also. Most of the hacked accounts are now in kuwait guild as I`ve been told ... >.>

Maybe just the fact that they are connected to each other through you.

I hope it's just that. But judging from the globals there are a few more. One has even revealed the SA (id: juventus1, SA: juventus, mail: forgot it). It' maybe just the easy user names they chosen, and the connection of the SA with the id itself (in the previous mentioned account).

no this is not an exploit.. your friends have downloaded a keylogger or visit a keylogger site. a guild mate has been hack too yesterday. all silk items has been sold to npc. avatar,pet,whitewolf,DS.. he said he goes to a link that someone global ingame. carelessness make this thing's happen..

Wasn't there a security breach recently on player's reports? People were able to read others reports to JM and some of these reports/complains contained players' usernames and passwords. Some of your friends might have fallen victim to this.

You guys might be kidding around, but I believe there is somewhere a bug again. It's not just because a few friend got hacked. I just never before saw that much id/pws being sent out with globals. I'm used to 1 account like every now and then when someone maybe quits, but 10 accounts a day?

The thing is, rix32 lost 2m and 40 silks, the other guy didn't lose anything beside a little gold (he was plvling at yetis, he got a DC, he tried to login, but someone else was on; he got back up and found himself at ongs - changed password just in time), while the last in the list was being plvled by the one who was later found at ongs, but he was stripped (they even took potions and quest items).

Don't tell me that's not weird...
