I'm so out of shape.
So today was a horrible day. I woke up, ate breakfast, went to school and so on and so on. At Lunch time I played Tennis and was like really tired and bought a V. Then after 5th Period I had Water Polo practice, so I jump in the pool. Warm up a bit, then practice starts. And omg I couldn't even finish the warm up. Also I kinda felt sick from the V. Btw the warm up was just swimming some lanes.
But the thing is, last year I was a really good swimmer. I was a Junior (Freshmen to you peoples) and competed against Intermediate (Sophomore to you peoples) and still won every single race at the Swimming Sports last year. I even raced in the House Relay and my house came first, everything was great.
But this year...I got really tired after 3 mins of warm up, my legs really hurt, I had a headache because I wasn't wearing my glasses, (I usually don't take them off so it was really different, I couldn't see good at all) my arms hurt and I felt like I was going to throw up because of that V I had. On a side note, I didn't have anything to eat today except for breakfast. Back to the topic, so after 3 mins I felt really bad and went to the bathrooms for a while and just sat there. I threw up and sat there for longer. Until my coach came in and asked me if I was alright and if I wanted to go home early, so I said yes and went home early.
Thing is, I live 6 miles away from the pools and the journey home is 90% uphill, and me feeling as bad as I did, still had to walk home. It took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes to walk home in this blistering heat whilst feeling like shit. Also I usually pull through things like this. I usually push myself to finish races or w/e. But I just couldn't continue this time...I don't know why.
So now I've decided to get back into shape and lay off of Silkroad for a bit!!

Good decision. I remember when I didnt played SRO, I was in a good shape. I was a swimmer aswell. Then I started playing tennis, and I was very good.. But after I began playing SRO, I got fatter... I lost my shape.. >.< Good thing I left SRO for few months and got to a Gym.. >.>

My timetable for the next few weeks will be this:
Monday - Soccer (football)
Tuesday - Tennis
Wednesday - Water Polo
Thursday - Tennis
Friday - Water Polo
Saturday - Water Polo Game (in the morning), Soccer Game (after noon)
Sunday - Tennis match
I'm so screwed. I've also got Swimming Sports coming up on the 17th and Athletics day coming up in 3-4 weeks time. Everyone will be expecting me to dominate Swimming Sports, Long Distance Running, High Jump and Long jump...

Doing too much sporting isn't healthy either.

Being fit is such a good feeling. About 4 years ago when i was 15 i was a bit unfit, a little chubby, maybe 80kgs at 150 cm's tall ( maybe shorter ). So when i was 16 i did a lot of dieting and exercise. For the past 3 years i've been 60/65kgs at 175-180 cms. I couldn't feel fitter to be honest. Feels great.

Wtf...I'm 183cms and weigh 60kgs...

so your thin but just unfit? go for a run every now and then, shouldn't be too hard to fix. Chances are your think because of a high metabolism instead of being due to exercise. Just exercise a little more and your fitness will improve. Simple.

I too have a fast metabolism, after i lost a lot of weight it kicked up a lot, but i do a lot of exercise by default ( work, sport etc ). Just lay off the sro and go play some sport with a mate, or even go for a run. Nothing beats a good work out.

25m Freestyle 1st Equal, with a time of 15.42 seconds
50m Freestyle 2nd, with a time of 33.74 seconds
25m Breaststroke 2nd, with a time of 22.88 seconds
50m Breaststroke 1st, with a time of 39.67 seconds
25m Backstroke 2nd, no idea what my time was =[
50m Backstroke 1st, no idea what my time was =[
Overall I came 1st in the Intermediate (Sophomore) year group. Woot.

Not bad, but i think that isnt good enough for competitions, i've been swimming all my life aswell remember dude that our Body isnt a machine even tho we feel like we can take anything, you constantly need to take suplements and vitamin in order to feel good, you body is maybe suffering the consecuences of the activities it has been pushed to, i suggest taking more vitamins, a B complex and some Creatine + go to a gym 60kgs for 183cms is like you're very thin im 186 and weight 84 and i should be on 88kg.. anyways my 2 cents hope you get well.

I go to a gym center at least 2 times a week for a few hours or I go during the weekends with some friends. I prefer to go with someone though because doing work outs on your own is pretty boring. Most time is spent on the abs and the chest but lately I have started training my sides and I started rowing as well. And I have a basic ab trainer tucked under my bed as well, for when I'm to lazy to get out or when it's totally stacked with people at the Gym. ( Usually on Saturdays ) I don't like waiting for 12 minutes just to wait for someone to finish his turn.

to all of you, imo weight and height ratio has little to do with being in shape after all, muscle weighs much more than fat and a fit person could weigh more than fat person of the same height
btw i am 203 cm and 82kg but i can run a mile or 1.6km in sub 5 and do 80 pushups in a row
