Keep getting the ???? error when going to a town, now my char is stuck in ht, every time i load up it crashes to desktop with the error...replaced the media and reinstalled but still does it

I was on the server when it went offline. a few minutes before it offline.
there was a Chinese player. threating GM if he is not able to clear None Chinese players. he will **** up the server it seems he really did

Now people are saying the GM shut it down so they can fix the lag problem.
